In this hands-on, organic, vegetarian cooking class, gourmet organic chef, teacher, and cookbook author Leslie Cerier offers cacao and chocolate for our health and pleasure. We will explore cacao and cocoa as aphrodisiacs, arousing body, mind and spirit as we prepare a variety of easy to make and outrageous to eat and drink: hot beverages, hot fudge, truffles,  and/or cacao chocolate chip cake or chevre cheesecake… Leslie will also offer healthy and delicious snacks to keep us grounded and nourished
