Join Leslie Cerier, “The Organic Gourmet” renown farm to table vegetarian chef, cookbook author and cooking teacher for a hands-on cooking class featuring several delicious seasonal, vegetarian dishes cooked with healthy fats (ghee and virgin coconut oil) to enhance the flavor of your Hanukah parties.
Recipes may include gluten free Potato Pancakes made with Teff Flour served with Apple Sauce and Sour Cream; Falafel with Tahini Parsley Sauce; Sweet Potato Fries Garnished with Hemp Seeds and Kelp; Vegan Vegetable Egg Rolls; and Amaranth Corn Croquettes with Grass Raised Organic, Local Cheddar Cheese. Also, snacks will be provided.
The class will take place in Shutesbury, MA, December 25, 2019; 2-6:30PM during Hanukah.
Family Friendly cooking class. Everyone is invited to bring their Menorahs. We will light the Hanukah Candles before we share in the meal we have cooked together.
