In this hands-on, organic farm to table, vegetarian cooking class, gourmet organic chef, teacher, and cookbook author Leslie Cerier presents whole foods that are pleasurable, delicious, health-enhancing, and nutritious.

We will prepare dishes for our lunch by mixing and matching fresh, organic, seasonal vegetables, herbs, spices, and sea vegetables with organic vegetarian proteins such as legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds, local organic grass raised eggs, local grass raised organic goat and cow cheeses.
