In this Hands on Vegetarian cooking class, gourmet organic chef, teacher, and cookbook author Leslie Cerier presents whole foods that are not just good for you, but also pleasurable and delicious. Come cook and feast on exciting vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free dishes as you learn to expand your cooking repertoire and knife skills; use herbs and spices to enhance your health and add flavor. Come engage your senses, and discover cooking as a means of self expression and self care.
We will eat what we cook for our luscious lunch.
