Cook with Confidence

“Have you ever thought of cooking as a spiritual experience? A zen state of mind? Leslie Cerier has, and when she talks about cooking or picking and smelling herbs from her vegetable garden, I was transported.

Leslie has a wonderful approach to cooking that I am so excited to share with you. She talks about focusing our minds and slowing down before diving in to a recipe, then using that focus to express yourself through your cooking and your presentation.” says Lisa King.

Our diets will suffer surely. And, heart disease, obesity and diabetes won’t take a holiday.

But, you don’t have to forgo the indulgences of the season if you make a few minor tweaks to your recipes, or try out some new ones from Leslie Cerier, the “Organic Gourmet” chef, cookbook author, recipe developer, and cooking instructor, of Amherst.
