Lemon Fire |
| | Makes 1 cup
Time: 5 minutes
Juice of 2 lemons, 1/3 cup
1-2 tablespoons ginger juice, 1-2 inches grated and squeezed ginger
1/2 cup water
drop of tamari

| Grate the ginger onto a cutting board. Gather the grated ginger in your hand
and squeeze the juice out into a mug or measuring cup. Combine and stir all
the ingredients together. Serve over boiled salads, salads and steamed
vegetables.
