I love using seeds to make smoothies, dressings (dairy free) seed milks, and for quick snacking. Seeds are great raw and toasted for garnishes, and cooked in pilafs and stuffing. Flax seeds are great for vegan pastries, replacing eggs. Hemp seeds are more nutritious raw. And hemp, flax and chia provide us with Omega 3s fatty acids.
