With the local organic summer squash we could make Mediterranean Bird’s Nest with Marinated Dried Tomatoes, Olives and Cheese , a beautiful, easy to prepare, gourmet, vegetarian, gluten-free meal with fresh oregano and basil coming straight from my organic garden, as well as Corn Grits with Kale, and Cheddar Cheese
