Come learn how to mix and match the local organic harvest of vegetables and herbs to make flavorful, quick and easy vegetarian meals that will enhance your life and energy with Organic Chef Leslie Cerier. The dishes from this workshop will be donated to the local Food Bank following the workshop and ingredients also sourced from local producers.
Many years ago, I was coached to spend a week just making art; hike on the trails behind my home, take and make more Impressionistic Nature Photographs. “Dreaming of You” was taken back then on a hot summer day. I sat for a long time, watching and meditating on the light on this shallow stream. Listening to the sweet sound of the gently moving water. In the garden early this morning, I was already feeling the heat, I decided to make a cooling organic vegan cranberry pomegranate smoothie for breakfast to make sure that I had protein: cashews, chia and hemp seeds; some Vitamin C: pomegranate and lucuma powder for energy for a long distance afternoon swim.
