Local grass raised organic eggs and cheese make a great veggie omelette for my guests with farm fresh broccoli, scallions and herbs from my garden. Slow cooked in cast iron. Fresh picked strawberries stand in for toast. My guests enjoy nibbling on the berries while drinking their fair trade organic coffee for breakfast. Thick slices of organic garlic sauteed in virgin olive oil add plenty of flavor to organic tempeh with Kale. Here is a delicious gluten-free, vegan main course served on top of quinoa pasta. Organic locavore salad with tahini miso dressing. YUM! Local goat feta, fried wild chicken of the woods mushrooms, which I found in the woods behind my home.
