Fruit Crisp with Teff Flour

Take your pick of seasonal organic fruits: blueberries, peaches, apples, cranberries, and mix and match with a some dried organic fruits  like dates or mangoes, for extra sweetness and variety. Enjoy a fruit crisp topped with yogurt for a nourishing start of your day, or whipped cream or ice cream for a delicious dessert. Teff Flour makes a great fruit crisp topping.
