Clusters of puff mushrooms are growing on the wood chips around my organic raspberry patch. Thank you very much mother nature for this free delicious food. Puff mushrooms are like tofu, taking on the flavor of whatever you sauté them with, and they are also delicious simply sautéed in EV00 and garlic.
