Fruit Smoothies, YUM!

In hot weather, I love making fruit smoothies for breakfast. Using chia seeds, hemp seeds and cashews for a vegan smoothie gives me great energy and stamina for hours. Great Vegan protein, too! Chia seeds and Hemp seeds are both a complete proteins and offer lots of Omega fatty acids, fiber and anti-oxidants 

Sometimes , I like to make my smoothies with grass raised organic yogurt. Goat, sheep and cow yogurts are my preference. Continue reading

Hearty Buckwheat Pancakes

Buckwheat pancakes, gluten-free, quick and easy to makeI love coconut oil on my Buckwheat Pancakes. Love it so much that it melted into the shape of a heart. These gluten-free pancakes are super easy to make. Lucuma adds a naturally sweet maple flavor, and is packed with anti-oxidants, minerals and vitamins: carotenes and Vitamin B 3. If you do not have it, go ahead and make these pancakes. Delicious and hearty for breakfast, feel free to double of triple the recipe, if you like.
