Organic Veggie and Cheese Gourmet Breakfast Omelette

Local grass raised organic eggs and cheese make a great veggie omelette for my guests with farm fresh broccoli, scallions and herbs from my garden. Slow cooked in cast iron. Fresh picked strawberries stand in for toast. My guests enjoy nibbling on the berries while drinking their fair trade organic coffee for breakfast. Eat The Organic, Seasonal Rainbow Everyday

Leslie Cerier, The Organic Gourmet picking up her autumn weekly organic share of veggies at her CSA. Here’s what’s in my basket this week: lots of salad greens: arugula, red Russian kale, tat soi, and to eat at the rainbow: daikon radish, watermelon radish, also known as rainbow radish, & red bell pepper. Eat your greens and the rainbow. As the week’s change, we can mix and match the local, organic, seasonal harvest to eat the rainbow all year round for our health and happiness.

Making Organic Beet Burgers

Making my first bunch of organic Beet Burgers. This is going to be yummy! And Lucky for me my daughter Emily was here to capture it on video. Summer fresh, organic beets, carrots, zucchini, garlic scapes held together with ground organic chia seeds, flax seeds, black sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds.
