Today, I added super foods: elderberry powder, pomegranate powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds and cashews to make this easy to prepare smoothie. 

Vegan, creamy, non dairy, gluten free, this drink is sweetened with organic maple syrup.

Great for breakfast, pick me up snack, or quick lunch.

Chia and hemp seeds are both complete proteins, a good source of fiber, and essential omega fats: Omega 3, 6, and 9.
