A pinch of this, a sprinkle of that can enhance the flavor of any dish. In this fun and informative series, we will start with a tour of Leslie’s organic gardens.

  • Learn to make delicious, globally-inspired dishes and drinks. 
  • Prepare quick and easy summer meals with garden fresh herbs. 
  • Mix and match a variety of seasonal vegetables, edible flowers with herbs to make:

 

    • Spring Rolls
    • Vegetarian Sushi
    • Dipping Sauces
    • Salads
    • Dressings
    • Pesto
    • Mocktails, Summer Drinks
    • Flavored Oils and Vinegars
    • And More

All dishes will be gluten free, vegan, plant based, and vegetarian. We will eat and enjoy it for lunch.

Fee is $200 for all 3 classes or $75 each class, if there is room
