Thanks to all that joined me on April 26th for my Zoom Class: “Foods to Enhance the Immune System”. We had a lively Q&A with me offering a Show and Tell of immune boosting ingredients with lots of cooking and shopping tips. The hour went by quickly. 
I will continue where we left off and new folks are welcome to join. This time, I will demonstrate how to make the Asian Slaw mixing and matching the local harvest with super foods like sea vegetables, goji berries, hemp seeds, ginger, turmeric and lots more health boosting, delicious ingredients.

Like last time, there will be plenty of time for Q&A, and I am looking forward to showing you all how to make that Creamy Garlic Dressing with Nutritional Yeast.
