Do you need a yummy distraction?
Come together this Saturday, February 8, 11AM-2PM EST for a Yummy Hands on Brunch Cooking Class. We will make fabulous food and enjoy it together.
As a participant, I am excited to teach you how to make organic waffles and pancakes with local organic chestnut flour and local organic hickory nut oil. These are easy to make, gluten free and light.
I will also show you how to make your own organic almond milk from scratch. Transform it into a luscious hot cacao drink, and MORE.
Participants will eat what we cook for our brunch.
Organic local maple syrup and maple sugar will be available for YOU to top YOUR own waffles and sweeten YOUR drinks to YOUR taste.
Plus, indulge in nourishing tasty snacks, I have prepared special for you to nibble on while we cook:
- Organic Cilantro Almond Dip, dipping veggies and crackers.
- Organic nuts
- Organic fresh and dried fruits
- Organic olives
- Fair trade organic coffee
- Leslie’s Infamous organic non caffeinated Chai
- Well water with sliced organic lemons
Let’s gather, cook, feast and celebrate the trees.
Class is also appropriate for families. Everyone will enjoy this.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, I am able to offer this unique Hands on Brunch cooking class at a reduced rate:
- Class Fee is $50/per person
- Children, ages 9-12, $20 each; are welcomed to cook supervised by their parents or adults accompanying them to class
- Children age 8 and under are free
- $50 for Facetime or Zoom link; covers everyone in your kitchen
