I love my job. I have the privilege of developing recipes with Deans Beans organic and fair trade cocoa and coffee. Here I am with Dean Cycon, Dean from Deans Beans,  in my gourmet country kitchen in Western Mass after shooting the recipe video for these rich, Espresso cookies.

The cookies are vegan. I used organic extra virgin coconut oil. Gluten-free, I used teff flour which is has a subtle chocolate flavor as well as abundant source of calcium and iron.

Best of all Delicious, all about the Yum! Easy to prepare, too!

The cookie got raves from Dean and the camera crew.

Great for snacks and dunking in your coffee.
