In this 50th Birthday Party Cooking Class, you can have fun learning how to cook up a memorable vegetarian feast.

I will teach you and your family to expand your vegetarian cooking repertoire.

Learn the delicious, healthy, whole foods to eat to lower your cholesterol.

I created this special cooking class, seasonal menu because clients wanted to learn how to cook with quinoa, tempeh, vegetables and make healthy chocolate.

Menu for 50th Birthday Cooking Class:

  • Quinoa with Roasted Vegetables 
  • Tempeh with Marinated Dried Tomatoes, Garlic and Kale (Chèvre on the side)
  • Leslie’s Famous Cacao Truffles (Sugar Free Dark Chocolate)
  • Asian Cole Slaw with Ginger and Parsley

And of course, I introduce all kinds of eco-friendly cooking techniques plus knife skills.
