Chef Demonstration at Garlic and Arts 2025

In this Chef Demonstration at the popular Garlic and Arts Festival in Orange, MA., I will teach you how to make delicious seasonal recipe with year round variations with organic garlic.
This year’s recipe is Corn Grits with Sautéed Onion, Kale, and Garlic Cheese. I will have 2 local organic, pastured raised garlic and garlic and herb cheeses to mix and match with kale and other seasonal vegetables.
