Cooking and COVID Business Recovery

Chef Leslie will demo how to cook an easy, seasonal, and delicious meal that will delight your taste buds and set you up for success in your kitchen and in your business.

These days, as we attempt to juggle work, family responsibilities, and homeschooling under the stress of an ongoing global pandemic, it is easy to put ourselves last. But if we have learned anything from the past year, it is that positivity, wellness, and health (mental, physical, emotional) are our most important commodity.

You can prioritize your well-being and succeed as an entrepreneur – and, in fact, personal wellness and business wellness are hand in glove! CWE-Central MA is therefore pleased to partner with professional chef, author, and cooking coach Leslie Cerier for a tasty and educational Earth Day.

We will begin with a discussion of the centrality of stress reduction and behavioral activation to COVID business recovery, and the research-based ways that cooking can enhance entrepreneurial resiliency.
