Cooking Demo: Delicious Recipes to Boost Your Immunity on Zoom

Join Leslie Cerier, The Organic Gourmet chef/teacher and cookbook author on May 3 from 11AM-12:00PM EST on Zoom. Leslie will demonstrate how to make a delicious, quick and easy  Asian Slaw and a Creamy Garlic (non dairy) Salad Dressing with whole foods that enhance your immune system with time for Q&A

Leslie will offer shopping and cooking tips for how to mix and match the local organic harvest of vegetables, herbs, and spices with a variety of super foods like sea vegetables, hemp seeds, goji berries, garlic, turmeric, ginger and much more

Novice and Seasoned cooks will find inspiration for their home cooking. Vegan, Gluten Free, Plant Based and Vegetarian Meals will be discussed. Carnivores welcomed!

Through (the free app) Zoom, you will be able to attend the class from your kitchen and the comfort of your home.
