Cooking With Quinoa, Herbs and Spices

How to cook delicious, dairy free, gluten free quinoa dishes: marinated salads with herbs and spices; create an endless variety of year round meals with different colors, textures, and flavors.
Participant receives a list of ingredients, kitchen equipment, & utensils to have on hand a week before the lesson.
Using seasonal vegetables, you will learn how to make vegetarian dishes with quinoa to mix and match all year round.
Best of all, participants will eat what they cook for dinner from the comfort of their own homes.
