In this private farm to table cooking hands on cooking class, I will teach you how to expand your vegetarian cooking repertoire.

I created this special dinner menu for clients transitioning to eating more vegetarian dishes. And to expand their vegetarian cooking repertoire, I will introduce them to cooking tempeh, greens, lentils, and spices to make a hearty vegetarian dinner. 

  • Curry Lentil Vegetable Soup 
  • Basmati Rice
  • Tempeh with Marinated Dried Tomatoes and Kale 

And of course, I introduce all kinds of eco-friendly cooking techniques plus knife skills.
