Healthy, Nutritious Recipes and Meals

In this private one on one consultation on zoom, Leslie Cerier, The Organic Gourmet will help her client learn new recipes and menus.  

She is gluten and dairy free and follows the FODMAP diet.

She is not vegetarian. Well balanced meals with protein are important.

The client is a mom and is a good cook, who needs inspiration for some new meals without: onions, garlic, gluten, dairy, fish and tomatoes.

Eggs, tofu, tempeh are fine, but very few beans, very little cabbage, and most veggies are ok. Chicken and beef are ok.
