How to Make Vegan Scrambled Tofu Delicious

Private 1 -hour hands on cooking lesson with “The Organic Gourmet” farm to table chef, cooking teacher, and cookbook author Leslie Cerier on Zoom.

Before each private class, Leslie gives you an ingredient and cookware list to have on hand 

Leslie will demo and coach her private student how to make a delicious, cheesy, nutty, and savory tofu scramble, a vegan and gluten free healthy dish, perfect for breakfast and brunch.  Other ways to season and prepare tofu mixing and matching seasonal ingredients will also be discussed.
