Join Leslie Cerier, The Organic Gourmet chef/teacher and cookbook author on Wednesday, May 13 from 4-5PM EST on Zoom. Leslie will offer delicious recipes to make your own organic nut and seed milks, and demonstrate how to make quick and easy fruit smoothies with super foods like chia seeds, hemp seeds, maca, cacao, berries, and much more.

Also, time for Q&A

Novice and Seasoned cooks will find inspiration for their home cooking. Vegan, Gluten Free, Plant Based and Vegetarian Meals will be discussed. Carnivores welcomed!
