In this Private Cooking Demo on Zoom for the California State Compensation Insurance Fund (4,000 staff), I will demonstrate how to make organic gluten free Spring Rolls, Peanut Sauce and alternative Dipping Sauce for those not eating peanuts.
Demo will include tips on sustainable cooking:
- Saving water
- Saving energy while cooking
- Benefits of sustainable cooking for the environment and personal health
This sustainable cooking program will enhance corporate social responsibility
