Plant Based, Vegan Lunch Cooking Class

In this private hands on cooking class for health and pleasure, I will teach you how to expand your organic, vegan, plant based, cooking repertoire.
The lunch menu will include:
- Cilantro Pesto with Hemp Seeds
- Nori Rice and Vegetable Rolls with a variety of fillings and seasonal vegetables
- And Much More
And of course, I introduce all kinds of eco-friendly cooking techniques plus knife skills.
This plant based, vegan cooking class is also part of a special Gourmet Getaway weekend.
