Postpartum Vegan Dinner Cooking Class

African Spiced Teff and Vegetable Loaf

In this private hands on cooking class for healthy postpartum meals, I will teach you how to expand your vegan, cooking repertoire. 

The vegan dinner menu will include:

  • Tempeh with Leslie’s Special Marinated Dried Tomatoes, Kale, Olives
  • How to make your own Flavored Oils and Vinegars
  • Teff Vegetable Loaf 
  • Delicious foods rich in protein, iron and calcium
  • And Much More

And of course, I introduce all kinds of eco-friendly cooking techniques plus knife skills.

 

This postpartum, vegan cooking class is also part of a special Gourmet Getaway weekend.
