Sea Vegetable Salad – Private Vegan Lesson

In this private hands on cooking lesson on zoom, I will teach you how to prepare a vegan and gluten free recipe from scratch.
I created this special lesson to teach my client to expand her repertoire of plant based, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, healthy meal choices for her and her family.
Using the local, organic harvest, I will show her how to prepare:
- Asian Cole Slaw with Arame
- Sea Vegetables
- Enhance Flavor with Herbs and Spices
And of course, I will help her with her knife skills.
