In this private hands on cooking lesson on zoom, I will teach you how to prepare 2 different vegan and gluten free recipes from scratch.

I created this special menu to teach my client, a food truck chef, to expand her repertoire of plant based, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, healthy meal choices to her customers and her family.
