In this vegan and gluten free, organic farm to table private hands on cooking class, I will teach you how to make a festive meal to celebrate a special birthday:

The vegan and gluten free cooking class menu will include:

  • Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce
  • Quinoa Pilaf with Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds or Quinoa Salad
  • Coconut Curry Lentil Vegetable Soup
  • Leslie’s Famous Cacao Bliss Balls
  • And Much More

And of course, I introduce all kinds of eco-friendly cooking techniques plus knife skills.
