Vegetarian Passover Cooking Class

Organic, gluten-free, Vegetarian Sorghum Salad

Join Leslie Cerier, The Organic Gourmet, for a hands-on Vegetarian Passover lunch cooking class.

In person or on Zoom

The lunch menu will include quick globally-inspired organic, vegetarian Passover dishes. There is a Sephardic influence in the various gluten free dishes:

Vegetarian Moroccan/Sephardic Vegetable Soup with Almond Flour Balls (gluten free matzo balls)
Almond date charoset
Homemade horseradish
Served with gluten free crackers 
Green Salad with a Zesty Parsley and Scallion Dressing, Feta cheese on the side
Leslie’s Famous Cacao Truffles rolled in a variety of toppings: coconut, hemp seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, spices, ground assorted nuts, and more

Served with Lemon Water

Leslie will also offer snacks, dips and veggies.

 

Organic Garden fresh Salad with Herbs and Avocado Dressing

Through excited curiosity, our culinary adventure begins. In a hands-on Vegetarian Passover lunch cooking class, Leslie will guide the group in the playful art of mix and match with the bounty of our local harvest. Everything from knife skills to garnishes, from dips, spreads, soup to dessert. We choose ingredients, accommodating everyone’s dietary needs, moods and desires. As we gather, prepare, cook and eat together, we create community.
