Winter Meals for Health and Pleasure, Hands on Cooking Class and Dinner

Shiitake Mushroom Risotto with Saffron and Butternut Squash

Using the New England winter harvest, we will cook up an exciting and warming vegetarian dinner to enhance your immune system and maintain an active lifestyle.

Cost is $95 per person, each class paid in advance or $125 at the door if there is room

January classes are limited to 10 people each class.
