Yom Kippur “Break-Fast” Vegetarian Dinner

Join Leslie Cerier, “The Organic Gourmet” renown farm to table vegetarian chef, cookbook author and cooking teacher for a hands-on cooking class on Zoom featuring cooking tips, techniques, and recipes with our local organic harvest to cook a delicious break the fast Yom Kippur.

Participants will receive upon registration recipes, a list of ingredients, cookware, kitchen tools and utensils to follow along during the class to make Leslie Cerier’s recipes for Coconut Curry Lentil Vegetable Soup, Rice, and Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Honey Cheesecake made with Local Chèvre.

 

THANKS TO THE GENEROUS SPONSORSHIP FROM THE HAROLD GRINSPOON FOUNDATION; THE COST OF THIS ZOOM CLASS IS ONLY $30 PER PERSON; CHILDREN, ages 9-12  ARE FREE IF REGISTERED WITH AN ADULT TAKING THE CLASS.

 

CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED TO 20 (15 ADULTS AND 5 CHILDREN AGES 9-12).
