Organic Strawberry SauceIn a short interview with private cooking class clients, I describe the dishes I can teach them following their dietary preferences.

The abundance of choices of garden fresh organic vegetables and herbs for making marinades, dressings and sauces is vast.

My client is pleased with using this cooking class experience to expand their gluten and dairy free cooking repertoire.

They are interested in learning how to make a variety of gluten free waffles with fresh fruit sauces. Cooking tofu with garden fresh greens in a tahini sauce. Plus, learning how to make a quick Mediterranean sauté with tempeh, marinated dried tomatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Based on the list of their dietary preferences, it is easy for me to come up with a variety of new dishes for them to learn how to cook. For their health and pleasure, they schedule their lesson in July when my organic garden and the local organic farms have much to offer.

In this gluten and dairy free private hands on cooking class for health and pleasure, the lunch menu will include:

  • Picking fresh organic vegetables, herbs and edible flowers
  • Making Marinades, Dressings and Sauces
  • Introducing Protein rich and delicious tempeh and tofu dishes
  • Eating local for Health and Pleasure
  • And Much More

And of course, I introduce all kinds of eco-friendly cooking techniques plus knife skills.
