Feeling all the hands of love that grow beautiful, healthy, sustainable raised produce.
In the photo, above, I am in the Esalen Institute organic garden picking organic carrots for my hands on farm to table vegetarian cooking classes, “Improvisational Cooking for Health and Vitality”.
That was back in the pre-covid years when I traveled and taught in person.
These days, I enjoy teaching both in person and on Zoom private and group hands on vegetarian, vegan, plant based and gluten free cooking classes.
I look forward to being present in the garden and kitchen teaching in person the joy of picking fresh organic veggies, herbs, edible flowers, and fruits to cook from our hearts.
