Recently, I received an email requesting guidance to prepare healthy nutritious meals for her very ill daughter.
She is gluten and dairy free and follows the FODMAP diet, but also has other foods that she can’t easily tolerate. She is not vegetarian. Well balanced meals with protein are important.
The mom is a good cook looking for recipes or food combinations that will work for her daughter. She needs some inspiration for some new meals without: onions, garlic, gluten, dairy, fish and tomatoes.
Eggs, tofu, tempeh are fine, but very few beans, very little cabbage, and most veggies are ok. Chicken and beef are ok.
