Shiitake Mushroom Soup with Cashew Cream I lowered my cholesterol by changing my diet. 

Kicked the craving for sweets, too. 

And in 2 months lowered my cholesterol by 50 points. 

I continue to sustain and enjoy this scrumptious protein rich, vegetarian diet.

Moderation is the key.

Without depriving myself, my daily cravings for sweets went away.

How did I do it?

I increased the amount of vegetarian protein in my meals. Also have bigger portions of fiber rich beans, vegetables, whole grains. One meal a day includes grass raised organic dairy or eggs. 

I replaced my favorite daily treats with delicious homemade naturally, fermented vegetables.

I love what I eat – and it’s all healthy.
