This week, I have been doing a 4 day Chef Training on Zoom for the College of Holy Cross in Boston, MA. Teaching their nutritionist, and their chefs has been a pleasure. And I am getting the hang of tilting my Ipad into the pots and pans to give them a great view as if they are looking over my shoulder.

While, it is not the same as teaching in person, I am grateful to share my knowledge. Teach health supportive, plant-based, seasonal, creative, cooking. Expand their gluten free and vegan recipe repertoire and introduce them to new ingredients and suppliers.

In fact, I am grateful for everyone who has zoomed in with me for private hands on cooking lessons this year. And I plan to keep teaching on Zoom offering private classes as well as free classes. Please check out my www.lesliecerier.com/classes for my latest offerings.

For those of you interested in Gourmet Getaways, I am getting requests for booking and thinking about when to host.

My (organic, no till) gardens are planted. There are lots of Yummy fresh herbs. Flowers blooming, veggies growing, birds singing, and I would love to share their beauty.
