Here is my delicious luscious cacao truffle recipe, and yes, I do eat at least one a day.

Makes 30 walnut size Truffles (balls)
1 cup grated cacao butter
1 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup -1/2 cup maple syrup*
4 Tablespoons organic extra virgin coconut oil
1 tablespoon maca powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
2/3 cup combination of hemp seeds, shredded coconut, cacao nibs and goji berries
Put the grated cacao butter, cacao powder, maca, coconut oil, 1/3 cup maple syrup, vanilla and sea salt in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more maple syrup, if desired.
Transfer cacao mixture to one side of a large plate. Shape into walnut sized balls.
Put the hemp seeds, shredded coconut, cacao nibs and goji berries on the other side of the large flat plate. Mix together; roll and coat the cacao truffle balls in hemp seed, coconut, cacao nib, goji berry mixture.
Eat immediately or store in a jar on the counter.
