This snowy day called for baking something sweet. While on the phone with my dear friend, Linda, we both baked granola in our separate kitchens.

Linda and I both use melted virgin coconut oil and maple syrup.
It was sweet to bake together, and fun to eat this yummy, healthy, gluten free, vegan granola for breakfast; a treat with yogurt, chia seeds, and sliced bananas.
