As much as I love traveling to delicious places to teach farm to table organic vegetarian cooking, I am grateful for the opportunity to bring people into my passive solar home, especially on hot summer days, to stay cool, connect to nature, cook up an organic feast, and eat overlooking the gardens. “Embody A Delicious Life.”

Here is Lana, one of the participants from Spice It Up! Creative Cooking with Herbs and Spices, one of my weekend hands on cooking workshops. She and her dear friend Anna came from Boston. Their Gourmet Getaway also included a short trip to my secret pond in the middle of a state forest for a luscious, peaceful, swim.

All of us smiling, after they spent the weekend at my Gourmet Getaway and I expanded their cooking repertoire, along with others who came for “Spice It Up! Creative Cooking with Herbs and Spices”.
