Fresh cut from my garden, the beautiful flowers in these vases brighten my home: The bright yellow Jerusalem Artichoke yellow flowers looks like mini sunflowers. After the frost, I will dig up these delicious, versatile, perennial veggies, and make tasty dishes all winter long.
The edible orange and yellow calendulas are also decorative in a salad. And with the red dahlias, they add color, and the feeling of abundance as the autumn season begins.
