Feel free to sub different salad greens and other veggies as the seasons change, and to suit your mood, dietary preferences, and what you have in stock.
I dressed my salad with orange infused olive oil and my homemade strawberry vanilla balsamic vinegar. Tahini dressing, or an avocado dressing would also be delicious.
