Little did I know that planting 3 pounds of organic purple potatoes in my no till organic gardens would yield 30 pounds!
From salad greens like lettuce, baby kale and arugula to hardy greens like kale and collards, and lots of cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, perennial Jerusalem artichokes, flowers and much more, I admit, I love to garden.
These days, my first meal of the day often comes from grazing in the garden on cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
In addition, I jokingly call my flower, vegetable and herb gardens “my own gym”.
Definitely a labor of love that offers a bountiful harvest.
Therefore, I am most Grateful!
