In this fun and informative cooking demonstration, gourmet organic chef, teacher, and cookbook author Leslie Cerier shows you how to use herbs and spices to make delicious, globally-inspired dishes. Relax comfortably with an organic glass of wine or refreshing water infused with fresh herbs from Leslie’s organic garden, as you watch Leslie cook up a vegetarian feast for your dinner. Feel free to ask questions, as you observe Leslie’s time-saving strategies, eco cooking tips and ways to manage every part of your cooking process effectively and efficiently, from setting up your kitchen, chopping vegetables to cooking with the seasons, and using garnishes to dress up the dining experience. Then we will feast on everything Leslie cooked. Have some more wine, relax and enjoy a farm to table organic vegetarian gourmet meal together.
We can dine on the deck under the stars amidst Leslie’s luscious flower gardens, in the dining room, and/or in the screened in sun room.
