I love my summer ritual. After waking up, stroll out to my edible forest garden; snack on handfuls of wild, organic berries. Earlier in the summer, there were plenty of ripe ,organic, wild, blueberries. Plenty for the birds, my family, Gourmet Getaway guests, cooking class participants, Slow Living, Optimal Nutrition coaching clients, and friends. Now lots of organic raspberries and wild, organic blackberries grace my garden and make a great first course for breakfast.
